What data we process and why

We process your name, company, role, email and the professional description provided to answer your enquiry, assess fit and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal. Do not use this form to send confidential information, special-category data or third-party information.

Required data and recipients

Required fields allow us to assess and answer your enquiry. Without this data the form cannot be processed. Requests are available only to authorised staff who handle them. We do not sell or publish this data.

Legal basis

Service enquiries are handled on the basis of steps taken at the individual's request before entering into a contract. Use of professional contact data must be assessed for the specific relationship. The checkbox records that you have read this information and requested a response; it does not authorise marketing campaigns.

Retention and deletion

The planned retention period for enquiries that do not lead to a contract is 180 days from receipt, unless retention is required for liabilities or an ongoing professional relationship. This form does not send your answers to an AI API, perform an automated diagnosis or make decisions with legal effects. The preliminary self-assessment runs in your browser and does not replace professional review.

Providers and international transfers

This website uses Render for hosting and Supabase for PostgreSQL. Actual regions, data processing agreements, subprocessors and relevant transfer safeguards must be documented before publication. Email notifications depend on an SMTP provider, if configured; its identity must be added before activating that service. Email notifications do not contain the enquiry content.
